It’s a war. But today I want to be an inspiration for my friends. When they go through something they can come to me and when I’m going through something I can come to them.

Coping Tips:

Putting my mental health first. 45 minutes of therapy a week helps. You can do it in person, on zoom, or on an app on the phone.

Safety checklist:

  1. Did I eat today?
  2. What brings me calm? a happy safe space?
  3. Ask for help.
